I can't help but feel sympathetic for the secretaries, administrators, and office workers when the reengineering process replaces their known machine with an unknown. We have classes for them to get them started, but panic sets in when they go to their desks. It has been my experience that we can show them in a 3 hour class how to start apps, find files, print, etc., but with all these folks have to do, learning a new operating system doesn't help. We have classes on the following but a web page of information for them would be great. Another group are the ones that attend the Windows 96/NT introduction class. They have purchased a new computer, gotten one at home or never used a computer before. They can benefit from documentation that lists taks and how to do them. The last group I can think of are the ones that want to tinker with NT. They know how to do some things, but would like documentation on others. I like the format of the Eudora page for this group of people: Some examples: Basic functions, finding files, starting applications, printing Here's how I did it in Win 3.1 here's where it is in NT Here's how I did it on the Mac here's where it is on NT Here's how you print Here's how your applications work now etc Thanks I promise not to ramble in future messages Carol
