Boston Vegetarian Food Fest - Volunteers needed

Hi there! As the date for the Food Fest approaches (next Sunday,
May 5, from 11-6 p.m.) we are gathering volunteers.
This is a very exciting and unique activity to MIT and one which
will hopefully be a big success, but we need your help.
Volunteers are needed during the week, Saturday, and Sunday. Please
email if you would be willing to help out with any of the following:
-put up posters around the 'Tute during this week and/or put up fliers
in your lab/workplace/other public place;
-set up on Saturday afternoon
-pass out fliers on Saturday afternoon at Government Center/Harvard Square/
Newbury Street/Boston Common
-set up on Sunday morning
-help with the actual Food Fest for a two-hour chunk or longer (during 11-6 p.m.)
-cleanup/breakdown Sunday evening
If you can help with any of these, please email me with the task you can
do and the times you would be available and your contact info including
phone number.
Your help is greatly appreciated to make this event a success.
