Following are this weeks vegetarian menu items on campus.
Please note some units are closed Monday for Patriots Day Holiday.
**NEW** Korean BBQ:
Authenic korean food packaged for take out to begin Wed 4/17.
Available (while they last) at Lobdell, Building 4 & Bio Cafe. We have
asked that those items which can be made vegetarian are made so. This
includes 3 delicious dishes
(1) Rice Balls: 3 pieces fried tofu skins stuffed with marinated
rice
(2) Chap Chae: Pan fried cellophane noodles with seasoned
vegetables
(3) Bibim Rice: A mixture of rice & several cooked vegetable
These will be available while they last

l-o = lacto-ovo vegetarian
Lobdell food court
***D'angelos now has a separate induction cooker used exclusively
for vegetarian sandwiches
Mediterranean Trade Winds
M 4/15: Closed (lobdell is open but on a sunday schedule, so MTW is

everyday vegetarian options.

M 4/15: closed for lunch, opens at 4pm-11pm
daily specials at Networks are not according to a menu (TBA each day)
