possibly those who regularly post things to vsg should include the ways to
unsubscribe, for athena users or otherwise, in the signature/footer of the
posting. that way we wouldn't have many problems. because although it,(the
instructions) gets sent out once and a while, no one is really paying attention
to those postings until they want to unsubscribe and then they're not
usually in the mood to find the right way to do it!
