Yes, there is SOME truth in that claim, but very little.

Call them often, at any hour.
I think that Tuesday through Saturday is when they like
to receive calls.
Intelligent calls are especially befuddling.
"What do I do?" must be the question they are asking.
I was expecting an appetite, and instead I listened to
a voice from intelligence. What do I do?
They seem not to be equipped to respond to inquiries
like ours.
