I agree completely. In Japan, where I am now, they have never heard of
the "teriyaki soy-burger."
Although they do wonderful stuff with wheat gluten here. They have
something called "gluten katsu" which is a deep-fried spun gluten dish.
It feels just like a breaded fried pork cutlet. Too much fat to be eaten
much, but good for a laugh every 6 months. Makes me remember with I am
NOT missing.
