This might be more appropriate for the seta list, but....
I've not seen the movie either, and will not be going tomorrow
because I'll be out of town, but I've heard it is very good and
it has received kudos from various vegetarian/animal rights groups.

I have to wonder why you think this. Virtually all movies that
have animals in them are monitored and carry a notice in the credits
that no animals have been abused, etc. in the filming.

I've never seen any of these movies. How were animals exploited
in them?
