Following are next weeks vegetarian options on our rotating menus
campus wide.
v = vegan
l-o = lacto-ovo vegetarian
Mediterranean Trade Winds (Lobdell Food Court)
M: Vegetable Paella (v)
Sweet Potato Polenta (v or l-o) optional orange honey butter on side
T: Medley of grains & legumes (v)
Transylvanian eggplant (l-o)
W: Italian Vegetable Bake (l-o)
Vegetable bean burrito (l-o)
Th:Wild rice & Corn Pancakes (l-o)
Cheese Musaka (l-o)
F: Mushroom Rissotto (l-o)
Pissaladiere (puff pastry pizza) (v)
Walker Memorial
One rotating entree/day
M: Spanikopita (l-o)
F: Vegetarian Paella (v)
Also serve veggie chili (v) & steamed veggies (v) daily, as well as
certain items from Trattoria & N.E. Traditions menus.
Networks:
No rotating menu, although specials are run each day.
A variety of new gourmet sandwiches, some vegetarian, have been well
accepted & are served everyday.
