Here's a sampling of mail received at the vsg-request address. I try to send
everyone a personal note -- but come on, I'm not an expert in everything :)
I'm posting these in case something here strikes you and you would like to
chat with the person yourself. And, if you're interested in getting on the
list to handle these fun, random letters, let me know :)

a problem ,
I am a buddhist and I live in a small town where there is no place of worship.
I meditate daily and i study & practice the teachings of the buddha , but I
want to do more in my own home.
can you help me ?

I am diabetic, and I'd like to know more on cooking without meat and fat.

I am an aspiring vegitarian who is finding it very difficult to get any kind
of nutrition from my college cafeteria, which I must eat at for at least
another semester. I am interested in vegitarian and vegan diet plans, as I do
not really know how to eat healthy (ignoring the government's "4 food group"
plan) anymore! Thanks in advance for your time! It is really comforting to
find an organization like yours so accesable by other students!

Help! I am veggie by virtue of a lactose allergy run wild, extending to meat,
eggs cheese....everything I like and know how to cook. I would like info
support, and some recipe ideas for food that is good without having the stuff
I like in it. Sorry if I'm whining...I'm diabetic and a little sensitive to
dietary restrictions. And I was trying to maintain a sense of humor. Thanks
a lot, I'm looking forward to hearing from you.
