Following are the vegetrian options at Lobdell's Mediterranean Trade 
Winds for the week of 1/22/96 to 1/26/96.

V = vegan
L-O = lacto-ovo vegetarian

M: Spicey lentil stew (l-O)
   Spinach and mushroom strata (L-O)
T: Rumple de thumps (L-O)
   Italian vegetable bake (L-O)
W: Wild ice and corn pancakes (L-O)
   Vegetarian Stuffed peppers (L-O)
TH:Mushroom stuffed tomtoes (V)
   Oven roasted vegetables (V)
F: Cheese rissotto (L-O)
   Curried vegetable stew (V)

The following soups will also be available:

M: Cream of vegetarian vegetable (L-O)
