changes to lockers

I understand that the locker /mit/arf has been renamed to the locker
/mit/seta.

A new locker /mit/vsg has been formed.

Could you please create a symlink called /mit/arf and have it point to
/mit/seta?  This is to avoid any confusion.  Thanks.
