With reference to the posting on "protein", I am interested in knowing about 
the functions of soluble/insoluble fibre and palatable sources for each. Also
on an unreferenced topic, are there articles I can read, about the health 
benefits of eating raw garlic (which my parents constantly badger me to do)?
And lastly what can one do to increase HDL (High Density Lipoprotein or the 
good cholesterol)?
