In order to simplify this, and not further clutter your inboxes, I set
up a world readable/writable file in /mit/mjacknis/Planning/vsg-booth.
It shows the schedule/plans for Friday. Read it and change it based on
what you are planning to do, so we don't have four people at 11 and
nobody at 12, etc.
I hope this simplifies and does not complicate things. Let me know
personally if it doesn't work or if you have trouble getting to it.
