As far as what to say when people say, "but what do you *eat*, I'd be willing
to lend some of my veggie cookbooks to have at the table on Friday. Also, a
couple of copies of _Vegetarian Times_ for loan. Giving people a chance to
browse through the books to see some alternatives might be useful.
I would want the books and magazines back, however, as I use them constantly.
I may be able to make something the night before; I have a big paper due next
week, so I can't promise anything.
Whoever clears up the table after the Health Fest can return the books to my
office (7-103) on the Infinite Corridor. I regret that I cannot staff the
booth myself as I have class Friday from 12 noon until 4pm.
