What are people's opinions on things like rennet in cheese (from animal
guts) and oyster sauce in oriental dishes, etc?  Does it matter?  If a
dish in a restaurant or cafeteria is advertised as `vegetarian' does
that or should that imply anything about trace animal ingredient
content?
