Vegemite is NOT by any means the only rich non-animal source of vitamin
B12. Seaweed can also be an excellent source of ALL the B-complex
vitamins as well as important minerals we no longer get due to over-farming
our soils.

Nori is the richest seaweed source (I think) of B vitamins but others such
as kombu and wakame aren't so bad either. Nori is really kinda neat because
you can buy it already dried and toasted. You dont have to cook it or
do anything special. Any Japanese food store or coop would have it. It's
really tasty just to munch on in my opinion.

If you have a kitche, seaweed is a wonderful asset. If you dont, nori is
good enough til you get one. :)

love,
Wendy :)
