as I recall, it's only the pop tarts that have icing. un-iced pop tarts
are just fine.
gummi-bears and the like also tend to use gelatin. Some use Agar, but
label it as gelatin, I'm told. Agar is cool. Gelatin isn't.
finding non-gelatin marshmallows is rather difficult, unfortunately.

ah.. that might explain it. I didn't deal well with this dish several years
ago, and haven't eaten at goosebearys since. They seem to have cleaned
up there act in many ways, but I still haven't eaten there.
