xcluster needs to be revised:
- the size of the window is larger that the screen on my RT
- there is no quit button, or even a reasonably non-obvious way to quit
(xcluster, then Kill Program from the motif menu leaves the thing hanging)
I think that it should be smaller in general in terms of screen area, but at
least it should be screen size or less!
