Hmm... I should check the logic there... it should only be modifying
pre-7.0 workstations, but I may have messed up there. The idea is to
fix /etc/syslog.conf so that these machines are reporting correctly to
Operations. Usually, we do not modify configuration files except during
an update, but this one happens to be an "operational necessity" that
had to be put in during 7.0 and has to stay until at least through the
Fall.
