Both unlog and aklog should be copied local, since both can affect the
availability of system software (i.e. one might need to to use aklog
or unlog to get at AFS).
But "aklog" is not yet stable... it is still changing...
There are several pending changes that will occur in the next couple
weeks. Some of which, include the use of the AFS ID, abbreviated cell
name specification, correcting of error messages, etc.
