Sigh. Did it *have* to be moved without any pointer? Couldn't we
have put a symbolic link in from /srvd/FILES to
usr/athena/lib/update/FILES?
Gratuitous changes that people are going to notice usually are
supposed to have a reason to back them up.... what's the reason for
moving the file?
