local-lockers problem on Athena 9.4 Sun?

Hi,
cfox asked me to report this here- I'm seeing a problem with local
propagation of files in the acro_v7.0 locker via local-lockers- here's
what I see:
file /afs/athena/software/acro_v7.0/arch/share/bin/acroread was edited
a couple of days ago, and the edits haven't propagated to
/var/athena/local/acro_v7.0/arch/share/bin/acroread on dit (still at 9.4.10)
though it seems to have on two others, central and suspenders (at 9.4.11).
If local-lockers has been enabled on Suns in the 9.4.10 to 9.4.11 transition,
then that would explain this...
