I only just recently thought of a hack to get them owned by uid 0 (or
rather 65536 on AFS, which translates to 0 in u_short space)...
Thus, it will be fixed in 7.0D (which will be out later this week). It
is fixed on the packs already, but a new stat file still needs to be
generated.
