Hello again,

I set up my test account on a 9.3 system, and then logged it into a
9.4.5 machine. The list of windows, in the task bar / panel area,
doesn't seem to convert properly. After I finish logging in, the
window list is only a few pixels wide. I've put a screenshot in
~~snizromj/Public/window-list.png, showing the effect. The dark smudge
just to the right of the window list handle represents my Console window.
The light smudge just to the right of the window list handle represents
my active Terminal window, that I'm currently typing in. The smudges
are active -- if I aim carefully, I can hit them. They are just
very small. They remain the wrong size even if I log out and back in.

When I menu-click on the window list handle and get Preferences, the
size tab shows that the minimum and maximum size are both 0. Setting
them both to something larger ("400") corrects the problem. However,
I'm not sure how to prevent the problem from happening in the first place.

Thanks,
  -Jacob
