9.4 zephyr windows: last line off bottom of screen

I just updated geskekelud to 9.4, and am using the new default metacity.
Incoming zephyrs which are sent to the bottom corners show up
approximately one line too low, so the last line is off the bottom of
the screen.
i.e. things which are positioned like so:

set type = "Personal"
set X_geometry = "+0-0"
Xterms with the +0-0 geometry flag appear in the right place.
