Menu changes needed for 9.4

Hello. The following changes will need to be made to the foot menus
for the 9.4 release:
* The informational item "About Athena 9.3" will need to be updated
or removed. (This might need to wait until there are 9.4 release
notes.)
* Under Settings, we need a new entry for "Revert to Sawfish". It
can just run the script /usr/athena/lib/init/revert-to-sawfish,
which pops up a confirmation dialog.
* Under Network/Communication -> World Wide Web, there should be an
entry for Firefox, and it should come first.
