An addendum to my previous report about scrollbars not working
properly: the problem is window-manager related. It happens when
running mwm. It does not happen when running no window manager, or
when running twm, gwm, or uwm.
Since mwm is the window manager we are supporting in 7.0, it is
integral that this problem be fixed before we consider releasing this
release to the world.
