A little more work wandering around bugzilla yields
http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=233863
"I can't exactly say which patch is definitly causing the
problem as when Mozilla started to crash for me i had it
fully deployed in my department, and i updated the patch
revisions for Solaris 8 and 9 to their latest versions and
sent them out to all machines to stop people screaming at
me."
In retrospect, please disregard my request for patches for
now. If they really are needed, I'll ask again. I'll also
report the language support issue back to mozilla.
