sawfish is supposed to treat that window specially.  Presumably you've
found some way to confuse sawfish's internal structures so that it's not
doing its job correctly.

The only piece of information I can think to collect is the output of
"xprop | grep WINDOW_TYPE" (then click on the Nautilus window).

Do you use multiple workspaces?
