It looks like we decided not to install SUNWdtdst which contains
sdtaudiocontrol. One way to deal with the issue is to install yourself
SUNWdtdst from /install/cdrom (where /install points to
/afs/dev/system/sun4x_59/install). Another possibility is for release-team to
reverse its decision and install SUNWdtdst on all machines. I am deferring
to the release-team.
