Yes.
If the old bug has resurfaced, then it should be reproducible as
follows:
* Fill the window up with text
* Move the mouse pointer around in the window a bunch, making sure to
cross over the text.
* Notice that the cursor stops blinking and the terminal is otherwise
unresponsive for a while.
If it's not reproducible in that way, then it's a different bug.
