So far I've seen 3 major Third Party apps (Maple, Tecplot, Allegro
Common Lisp) that have error messages similar or identical to this:
error: /afs/athena.mit.edu/software/acl_v6.2/distrib/i386_linux24/acl62/libacli623.so: symbol errno, version GLIBC_2.0 not defined in file libc.so.6 with link time reference
In each case, the error seems to be associated with a vendor-supplied library.
It would be great if we could find a simple workaround :-)
