mkserv pop does not set POP=true in rc.conf.
The fix is to remove the "POP" variable in rc.conf.
The following variables should be removed from /etc/rc.conf:
TIMEHUB
POP
PCNAMED
TOEHOLD
The following should be removed from /etc/rc:
"Making X links" (it is obsolete)
pcnamed
The following variables are unused after the above changes:
WS
SYSTEM
