It looks like Redhat upgraded their openssl package to 0.9.6b
and moved the shared libraries to /lib. They do seem to have a
openssl096-0.9.6 package that includes the old shared libraries and
installs them in /usr/lib.
Greg, we should add that package to the 9.1 RPM list.
