Subject: 9.1 is missing libssl.
w3m from the sipb locker depends on libssl.so.0.9.6, which existed
locally on athena-linux 9.0, but appears not to in 9.1. don't know
whether this counts as a bug against 9.1 or the w3m build, but i thought
people ought to know. :)
