On the Ultra 5 in the test cluster, as gtest:
I put a CDROM into the CD tray and pushed the button on the case to
close it. I wait for a bit. Then I type "eject cdrom" at the
prompt. It says:
cdrom: No such file or directory
The button on the case also fails to eject the CD no matter how many
times I press it. Typing "eject cdrom" at the prompt a second time
successfully opens the tray.
