No manual entry for tcsh.
What should have happened:

There is a tcsh man page in /usr/man/man1/tcsh.1 in 6.3B.

P.S. If the man page for tcsh just completely disappeared, it is
possible that other man pages also just completely disappeared.
Perhaps, this should be investigated....
