Looks like control simply wasn't updated from the dev cell. Should be
easy to fix.
Garry: make very sure to also copy over
athena-8.4/free/RPMS/athena-rpmupdate-8.4.staging-4. It's crucial to
the 8.4 -> 9.0 update.
