It looks like Sun's and SGI's that updated from 8.4 to 9.0 didn't
overwrite their /etc/named.conf files, and are still listening for
queries on external interfaces. (E.g. on host xcb.)
(Linux machines, and Sun/SGI hosts that were installed with 9.0
appear to have the newer /etc/named.conf which makes named only
accept queries on the loopback interface.)
