Sometimes I do 'dmesg' to find out what's been syslogged.
I see a lot of warnings:
afs: byte-range lock/unlock ignored; make sure no one else is running
this program.
It is good that this is not going to the Console. But didn't we silence
this error a long time ago in a bug fix? Is this a change that OpenAFS
didn't take, or merely a cosmetic thing we made locally at MIT.
