I've rebuilt the system packs with the latest round of changes.
gathrun and revert-to-dash are now in the release, and should be in
the menus as soon as the f_l's update them (I'll see what I can do to
facilitate that).

For Solaris and IRIX, no manual update should be required, since all
the changes (I think) were to stuff under /usr/athena. For Linux,
a manual update goes like:

	cd /afs/dev.mit.edu/system/rhlinux
	rpmupdate -h /var/athena/release-rpms control/list-9.0.1
	cp control/list-9.0.1 /var/athena/release-rpms
	(cd athena-9.0/restricted/RPMS && rpm -U --force *-9.0-1.*)
	(cd athena-9.0/free/RPMS && rpm -U --force *-9.0-1.*)

which is pretty ugly... I'll probably start bumping the version number
for alpha system packs rebuilds in the future because it's so much
more difficult to update manually on Linux.

I've updated cutter-john.
