I'm sorry, I should have mentioned this in the mail as well as some
other things. (We have enough non-fatal known bugs that it's hard to
keep track of them.) This is a known bug, probably related to the new
XFree86 4.x libraries. Andrew Boardman is looking into it.
The error/warning messages should have been about not being able to
remove directories and are harmless.
