If we stop /etc/cshrc from displaying motd, we'll also need to modify
login, which skips printing it on sgi.
Another possible solution is to add "PrintMotd no" to the sshd config file,
though we would then have to make the file os-specific (or otherwise do
something so that the file is printed on Solaris).
