Emacs 20.3 support in Athena 8.3

Just for my edification, does Athena 8.3 contain the leim support for
emacs 20.3?  If so, does Athena 8.3 contain the extra fonts that are
desirable for making leim support in emacs 20.3 useful?  If so, where
might I find such fonts?
