I'm going to fix this in the mh-e in the emacs locker RSN -- I've been
waiting with baited breath (ok, not really) the 20.4 release, so I can
stop wasting time on the prereleases.
In the meantime, while this is not a general solution, you can
probably find emacs-locker satisfaction through setting of variables
such as `mh-progs', `mh-lib', and maybe even `mh-comp-formfile', and
`mh-repl-formfile'.
Additionally, as long as I'm whining, the MH layout sucks. Grumble.
I'll attempt to fix this in the locker tonight.
