I looked over the compatibility lp code and compared it to our lp
script for Solaris. The compatibility lp doesn't support page ranges
and passes a number of things like content type as Zopts (what does
that mean?) which the script handles with filters.
Page ranges probably aren't crucial, but I'm concerned about content
type handling, which I believe we needed for something.
