I'm not sure -- all of rcv* are probably included, although I
think rcvstore is the one people use most. A for the rest of
MH's "etc" programs -- I don't know. Do people call "post" in
scripts of theirs? Do they run "mhl"?
(Yes, it's probably bogus for slocal and rcv* to not be in
people's paths. I don't know what criteria MH used for deciding
what things to expose to users.)
