Well, we want /usr/athena/etc to go away some day (don't we?). It
would be nice if we could come up with a way to do this that didn't
require you to put a path there, and then replace
/usr/athena/etc/rcvstore with a script to tell users about this and
then call /usr/athena/libexec/rcvstore.
