This is hard to do, unfortunately. xss-command just exits when xss
does, and doesn't really know why it exited.

I think most people who run xss-button will be running either out of
dash, or because they're following some set of directions somewhere,
so we probably don't really need to worry about many people running
both xss and xss-button.
