1) Why should there be. lpr is only for programs we cannot modify. We
plan to use Palladium and pdpr is the proper syntax.
2) lpq.ucb does exist
3) We are removing palladium as it is not ready. Therefore when the
printers are updated again, we will change lpr back alogin with the
other binaries.
